Sprints on the cricket pitch

Last day of the conference proper - overall, a big success, I think. Also, one of my colleagues won the platform prize for a project I’ve supervised her on. Super chuffed for her, little bit proud of me.

Evening trip out in One Wizzy to a local oval to watch some fireworks, which were part of a local footy club fundraiser. I probably enjoyed them more than the kids did. Definitely enjoyed watching them more than I enjoyed watching the Dees lose tonight. Better luck next year…
