But a pain in the arse to put away!! Infact it took me 3 hours!!
Today I started off with HIIT were I did 100 burpee's plus other exercises in half an hour.
I thine decided to start the 30 day squat challenge.... Wish me luck I am going to need it once I get towards half way!!
Progress will be mentioned in most blips no doubt over the next month!!
Not been too bad a day today, busy but productive which is always good!!
