Maid Marian

It was just after I took this photo and as I was looking at it, that I caught my sandal on the edge of the sidewalk and took a header across the whole sidewalk, chin on the grass. One knee got a nasty scrape but not the bad one. I quickly got up and brushed myself off grateful that no one else was around.

Not sure what the scientific name of this w wildflower is but Maid Marian it is for now.
