On a Flyby

After a cool start to the day it warmed up a little until later in the afternoon when the wind changed and it started to rain around 10pm.

My shoulder was sore after my exercises in the pool yesterday and I couldn't mover my neck to the right. I managed to get an appointment at the Osteopaths in the afternoon. I had the same person as last time, which was good. She told me my right side was a on a lean and because of that my ribcage was twisted. After the treatment she said it may even help my swallowing problem. It will be interest to see what happens. I did feel a lot better after my treatment.
