Chasewater

I hadn’t been to this lovely expanse of water for ages. I think I was seriously put off by the horrid entrance - nasty metal spikes that allegedly vanished if you waited for the green light to proceed. None of that now. They’ve introduced charges and tidied it up a bit.

I’m trying to walk a little as well as swim daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed gently strolling for a short distance, watching the swans and coots, and with frequent pauses on the seats to take in the view.

I don’t think it will be so long until I return.
