Traveling

This is the last visit I'll have with my mom before taking off on a 3+ week trip. The paper she's holding looked like it came from a coloring book and was half colored in. It seemed an earth-sun amalgam: land, sea, and solar flares. Later on the walk she took her hat off and pushed the paper into its brim. For safe keeping.
