Wide open

Did some tidying and cleaning this morning then some more phone calls about P (nearly ready to come home) and a zoom call before heading down to town to get a couple of things for my upcoming trip. Lovely sunshine again, although a few more clouds around than yesterday, but still great to be out.
Met DH at the Ivy (once again missed out on afternoon tea but had a delicious apple tart!) and got some good ideas and discussion going. Left him and headed to the cafe at the Galleries to meet JT for a similar chat. We sat outside and the view across the gardens was lovely.
Home and we all slumped a bit whilst a chicken roasted then we tucked into it with salad and fresh bread.
