Canal Towpath

WEDNESDAY

Out for a run this morning down through North Dean Woods and along the canal towpath to Salterhebble Basin and home via West Vale and Saddleworth Road. Took it relatively steady doing the 6.5 km in 45 minutes.  It's the first tine that I have run this route since March.

I'm still not sure if I will run in the Bradford 10k at the weekend.

It was very sad seeing the Queen's coffin being transported by gun carriage from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall where it will lie in state until the funeral on Monday.
