Brew
well fermented Kefir water. Went to a kefir making workshop in a huge second hand everything shop/cafe. Packed with both fermenting types and practical how to. Environmental issues were raised with the benefits of tap water versus the problem of bottled juices, water ect. Like most things it is complicated the juggle between transport costs of the drinks bought and the nutritional/gut health is one that we were urged to consider. The finished articles brought to try were really good, nice flavours and not too sweet. I am going to have a go with the wee sample I got and see how it goes.
