today was the first day since early June that the temperature is under 20c..very special…here some signs autumn is here….

my car was picked up for a service and  MOT…and brought back about 3 pm….They even showed me a video of the underside of the car…it’s looking so clean ….

my friends came this morning….did the washing today, so got my steps in….
dinner was stirfried broccoli and mushrooms, with a piece of chicken
