Catalan scooter

I went into Perpignan for a few things today. Just like at home everyone seems to be whizzing by on electric scooters nowadays.  I took a few slow shutter speed images but this one, despite showing little detail, was my favourite. This young lad was having fun going up and down one of the main roads, luckily there was little traffic, wearing what are the local Catalan colours (red and yellow) and happened to pass by a shop with similar colours.
