Kaffe Fassett

I have always loved Kaffe Fassett patterns and fabrics. The first one I made was a lovely knitted jacket for my mum. It was all leopards spots and a very tricky project! She loved it when it was finished.
Since I started quilting it has been an ambition to make at least one Kaffe quilt. When I recently saw his ‘Seed Packets’ pattern I knew this was the one!
So I have ordered the fabric, which came today. I spent a while unfolding the pieces and admiring them, they are delightful!
I won’t be starting on it just yet though as I have several more pressing quilts to finish, including one for Wendy that I was hoping to get done for Christmas. Better crack on!
