Who's Been Eating My Cake?

I have, and it was just right!!

Domestic day: laundry, baking, juicing apples. We have tons of drops from the apple trees, but a person can only drink so much juice! It's a messy operation--my old Acme juicer needs to be emptied of pulp far too often, and that machine has always been hard to clean. Maybe time for a new one, but reviews are confusing. Anybody have any experience with juicers?

The cake is Rhubarb Sour Cream Coffee Cake, ostensibly for the knitting group tomorrow. There should be some left by then. It's a big pan.
