One I Prepared Earlier

Working from home today, I thought I might get the chance for a nice out-door gardeney sort of blip. No chance. At one point there was a flurry of snow. The wind is coming directly from Siberia, and it isn't warming up much on the way. May day - pah!

However, for all you climate changenistas, it snowed on the 4th of May 56 years ago. I know, because it was the day after I was born. The build up to my birthday has been causing a certain amount of excitement at home (from the younger contingent), Elsie has decided that a new red party dress is just what I want for my present. Bless her.

So today's blip is a last minute snap of a cushion I sewed, which, with its vision of oranges on trees, made me feel a little better, and is the nearest thing I can get to a garden.
