Malahide Castle – Church ruins

I left it a bit late to get my act together and go for a drive. I was torn between Newbridge House or Ardgillan Demesne or Malahide Castle, all of which seemed to be in the direction of a large bank of threatening clouds. I plumped for Malahide Castle.

The place was much quieter than I've beed used to seeing it, and it was getting late anyway, so all I did was blip the ruin of the 15th Century church and visit the Avoca shop. I'd intended to take a pit stop in their café but it was too late for that.

Ah well … the drive probably did the car good.
