Beth and Marian gave us 12 quails eggs yesterday and we ate them in sandwiches at lunch. 

They also gave us a dozen hen eggs so it's omelettes for tea. 

Walk, gardening and then pub this evening.

Jen and Jessica walked across the barrage from Penarth to Cardiff this morning. Later they sent a photo of King Charles.  The weather looked superb.
