A day of no training

Today was a training free day, but Nose Work does not really count as training. It is just a fun activity we do, when time allows.

And time did allow today. We have been for a couple of walks and after work, I put up 10 Nose Work hides and let the boys find them. 

It has been a good and relaxing day - which is the point of training free days :-)
