Achey

Didn't have a bad night after the jab, although I did have a sore arm.

It's progressed to feeling more achey at the moment, so I think I'll take some paracetamol and hopefully have an early night.  Haven't felt like going for a power ramble because of it.

Had to sit through an audit today, but that was fine as the auditor is very good and makes it an enjoyable experience, which is a rare thing.  LOL!

The King has been in Wales today.

Sad news last night about Eddie Butler, the BBC Rugby commentator passing away on a charity trek to Machu Pichu.  He will be sorely missed.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A relatively quiet day
2.  Delicious sea bass and herby potatoes for tea
