Fuchsia Friday
Another emergency blip. Not a cat this time, but a fuchsia that’s happy about the recent rain - it produces more flowers now, than in the summer months.
There’s little to report about this Friday, unless you’re interested in the annoying misunderstandings with (or incompetence of) my mother’s carers’ agency. But I won’t bore you with that long story. It all boils down to “We never listen to our customers, nor do we care about our employees; we just expect them all to be grateful for our excellent work and otherwise shut up.”
P is out tonight. The company he works for is celebrating their 100th anniversary with a big party in the local football stadium. At barely 13 degrees C and occasional showers, perhaps not the wisest choice of venue.
Nevertheless I hope P enjoys meeting some of his favourite colleagues in person, after working from home for so long.
