Golden Rod

A lovely day, mainly sunny but some cloud, windy

Had a good chat with my friend and with another.  K phoned and we went to the local nursery, bought 2 cheese scones they're delicious, some bulbs and bird food. I've also purchased some really large pots (price 2 for 1) and will come back later for some ericaceous compost.  Had cheese scone for my lunch with a coffee. K came back later to take me for my blood test and then drove to a nearby doctors for his covid jab, back home for a cup of tea.  Took some photos of the flowers in my garden and liked these two.
