Evesham - Covid jabs

We went into Evesham today, river looked as beautiful as ever! We had booked our Covid jabs at a pharmacy there. I had mine, all ok. When it was my husbands’ turn, the Pharmacist checked the computer and advised that it said that he had had his jab the previous day! My husband checked his NHS app on his phone and sure enough it stated that he had had it yesterday and gave batch number etc ! Naturally, the pharmacist couldn’t now give him his jab. Now we are beginning the process of trying to get yesterdays alleged ‘jab’ off the computer so that he can be protected!!
Is nothing simple these days??? ;)
