the Last Man Flu Blip

This is a back blip from yesterday and my last excuse for a lazy man flu blip, I've woken up this morning feeling full of vim and vigour - OK so now I am sitting here coughing and wheezing like steam engine about explode, and my chest feels like a heard of stampeding wildebeast have decided to take up the trampoline and use my chest for the warm-up routine, but today I take a decent photo!
