Katy snoozing again

Another emergency blip as I didn’t take any photos today. Katy does come in useful as you can often find her snoozing somewhere.
I found a lady who does a gentle exercise for the decrepit class (she doesn’t call it that) that suits me fine. I went to my first session today. I hope that between this and a session recommended by R it will help my back as it’s been a problem for a while now.
