Feverfew

My theme for this year seems to be invasive plants. I was surprised to find a new patch of Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) in my yard because I thought that I had finally eradicated it. I planted just one of these plants in a pot more than ten years ago because I liked the little daisy-like flowers. One Feverfew plant soon became many as it spread beyond the planter, and it quickly crowded out all of the nearby flowers. I’ve been trying to remove them ever since, but nature always wins.
