Cheddar Gorge 10k

After 4 hours sleep I managed personal best times for 1 mile, 2 miles, 5k and 10k all on the way to completing Cheddar Gorge 10k.

Happy with that!

Here’s the field next to the start. Fresh but lovely morning. Massive runner’s high on finishing which lasted a good 90 minutes. When you have a good run, nothing quite beats it.
