Pop Recs teenage market and the holistic hub.

Had lunch at Pop Recs and they had a teenage market . I met the lovely couple pictured there. Loads of craft things made by young people. Then across the road to the Holistic Hub in the Eagle building.  The building on High Street West in Sunderland is an iconic historic building supporting a variety of businesses.  My friend was in the building before but she has moved into a room at the back of the building that has amazing view of the river stretching as far as the pier. The lady is my friend who runs the holistic hub and she is qualified in a number of therapies. The room is very calming.
