Fairfield Horseshoe

A trip into the lakes as the weather was set fair, sunny and glorious.  First stop the cafe at Esthwaite for coffee and then on to Wray Castle.  Hadn't been for a while and they had an exhibition of photographs by Beatrix Potter's father - worth a visit.

We walked around the grounds and down to the lake in lovely sunshine.

Beautiful.
