Relaxing Weekend

Time for a Saturday Sunbath for Persey.
He rolls happily on the driveway-- black on black. His fur has some red coming into it too. He seems to be growing a tiny white bikini, too.
Good to know the heat & Humidity of summer has passed.
Night before last was nearly freezing (!!) so I panicked and lugged all the potted plants into the house for their winter, even though it is mid-September.
I cannot tell what Climate Change is doing to us. We had an exceptionally long hot (for us) summer this time. Instead of two weeks it lasted 7 weeks. Even more than last summer-- which broke a record.
Now, I think I see that the plants would like to have remained out in the sun for a couple more weeks.
Oh well. It is a two-person job to  move them. In they are until spring '23.
