Chester FC 2 Pontefract Collieries 0

It was FA Cup day and Chester beat Pontefract Collieries, two divisions below them, by two goals to nil. It took a while for Chester to get going but once they had scored the first the result was never in doubt. 

I had the best turn out yet for my pre-match guided tour for guests in the Legends Lounge. I think the prices were reduced which might explain the higher number and some of the faces were familiar to me. The kids seemed to enjoy themselves, when I took them into the home dressing room, and the players were brilliant signing the shirts.
