I walked round to Anas to bring her some flowers as a thank you for cat care when we were away at the Great North Run. It was lovely to see her son John , who was visiting . He talked about his fascinating adventures travelling through Morocco, Western Sahara and Mauritania recently. Blimey. Just as well Ana had not known what he was doing beforehand .
I then sat in the garden and got on with my Ayurvedic studies. A nice sunny day.
I popped over to the allotment and took this photo of a mangetout plant . I sewed the seeds late , but they are still flowering:-)
