Feeling like a fish wife

My husband gets to sail off to Lundy for work now and then. He did so today on a beautiful calm and very sunny day. I dropped him off and then, 12 hours later, returned to wait for him.

There is a statue some where of a women doing this. Where have I seen it? Or a painting?
