Cake.....!!!

Well I got my baking ‘mojo’ back on Friday evening and got the buns and a cake and bread made...
Then homemade raspberry jam & buttercream in the middle and some lemon icing on top....he likes them simple..!!
Only the 3 of us here for the ‘birthday party’..!!! His GF couldn’t come as there was a calf born during the week and it’s lower leg was accidentally broken in the help to deliver..so it needs some special care...but thankfully all is well and it’s doing ok...
I will send all the baking back to Sligo this evening...(Sunday)

Glorious sunshine all day so a lot more cutting back in the garden..there are a lot of wasps around so I fear possibly another nest about somewhere.....anything still blooming looking lovey in the bright light..!
