Recovery

Another gorgeous day! And it was a lot warmer as well.

Do you think.....nope I won't jinx it!

I've seen an osteopath today about my back, and I'm back on the road to recovery. Thankfully it's just mechanics and my run must have caused a shock to the system and everything tightened up. So he pushed and pulled me and whilst it was bloody agony, it does seem to have helped. Another couple of sessions and making sure I warm up properly before running will sort me out.

In other news there were 5 pages of jobs in the Western Mail today; the most there has been in months. What do you reckon? Signs of recovery in the economy?
