Now I know why there are lots of little holes in the lawn!

Very difficult night, up with mum from 3am-5.30am. Morning carer called 999, told 8hr wait. In the meantime District Nurse turned up, followed by out of hours doc. Ambulance cancelled. Extra afternoon visit from hospice carer. Will sleep downstairs tonight.
