Sunday pancakes for breakfast. J came up for a walk around the garden and cup of tea. Cannon, S and I did logs this afternoon. All whilst getting eaten by midges but I chopped kindling, Cannon split logs with an axe and S put logs into the trailer. We put it all into the polytunnel for winter, we’re going to try have the log burner on instead of the oil/electric underfloor heating this winter to save money. Luckily our house is a new build and very well insulated. We had a nice chilli for dinner and S has had an early night.
