I don't know what has attacked this, or whether it's just starting to decay, but the pattern of holes was striking against the white wall. 

It's been a quiet day - a few jobs, and an afternoon helping J with a drawing using her graphics tablet, which she bought not long before the hospital stay and had not really had time to explore fully. Now she's keen to get back to it, though her wrist struggles to stay in position, and enjoyed making a reasonable start on a cat picture.
