In Town

Sun and rain mix as the day proceeds. However, even a little sun is an improvement on the weather of the last few days, and a rainbow is always welcome.
The pictures shows New Bridge Road, where it crosses "The New Bridge" (Swedish - Nybron). Despite the name the bridge is OLD, and will be replaced in the next 5 or 6 years. This bridge opens to let sailing boats through.  The new bridge will also do so, which means it costs an extra 50 million kronor (£4 million). That's a lot of money to keep the few members of the sailing club happy, but apperently if you are wealthy enough to own a boat, you expect the community to pay for your facilities.
