Thermostat

The heating at the Cowshed is controlled electronically. Over the internet. Each radiator has a WiFi controlled thermostat, which are battery powered. As winter approaches, I’m replacing the batteries that have died - and experiencing a lot of flashing lights.

Also today, Kerry ran the Scottish Half Marathon from Prestonpans to Musselburgh. Ah beat her personal best, coming in at just over 1:49. I dropped her at the start and met her at the finish, and spent the intervening time having a cuppa with Fran and Andres.

A bus from Earlston to Peebles. A lift from Angus to Penicuik. And a very nice dinner with Angus at Ghurka. Tomorrow he heads to Ardnamurchan to start his new job.
