Autumn quiche

The first day of my squash/pumpkin harvest was a chilly evening so I made squash and red lentil soup, with freshly harvested parsley from the plot. 

Today I felt smug using a second onion squash, and allotment tomatoes and thyme, to make this tasty autumn quiche.

Now the hard work is really paying off!!
