One minute's silence

The whole nation joined together at 8pm to remember the Queen. One minute of silence. Our local Fire Station had invited members of the public to go down to share the silence.

This was, of course, not taken during the minute, but at about 7.59. The fireman on the left was checking the accurate time in order to call the fire service to attention.
