Dog towing parkrunner

Up before 7 and went for a run - just a 40-minute loop through the park, Old Royal Naval College and along the river as far as the Enderby. Home, shower and then a walk up to Charlton Park and marshalling and photographer volunteer at parkrun. Orla ran - she said it was quite chilly.

150 runners today, with one or two down from the cancelled Southwark Park (my first home parkrun) as their park had been commandeered for The Queue (people wanting to file past the Queen's coffin in Westminster Hall).

Got croissants from Brothers Bakery at the Standard on our way home.
