worked on my birthday…

I was at nightshift on my birthday, I got 6 C/S sections during two consecutive nights….and therefore, 6 birthday twins….
my consultant bought me a chocolate….My partner had ordered a surprise birthday cake from Turkey by calling a nice patisserie in Cambridge and a friend delivered this cake to me .
