The Funeral

How could we do anything else but watch the State funeral of HM Elizabeth II on TV. And highly impressive it was too. I wondered about the strength and health of the young servicemen who were pressed to bear the coffin and haul the gun carriage. The long walk up to Windsor Castle seemed interminably long. I'm glad it didn't rain.
