Grand plaza

We left our hotel at 11am and headed to the train station for a leisurely trip to the airport. Wrong! There were wires down on two crucial lines so instead of one train change we had several with the journey taking almost two hours. It is just as well we were not in a hurry. Our plan was to miss the after funeral rush. Thank goodness we managed that.
We are now at the airport with a long flight ahead of us.
The airport is a strange place today. No shops are open apart from food outlets. It was odd walking through duty free with fences covering the displays.
