Mum’s The Word

I slept in (as usual) since there was nothing pressing for me early in the day. Hubby was up at 6:30 to be ready for the HVAC maintenance guys. They tweak/clean our whole system twice a year. Everything checked out fine. Hubby had many errands this afternoon - a dermatologist appointment, picking up meds, returning the second unopened $50 bag of cat food that the kitties cannot keep down, grocery shop, etc. He worked on admin computer stuff when he got home. I put away items from our trip, did two loads of laundry, fed the birds, changed our bed linens, grabbed this photo of my mums and other chores. The kitties were very happy to have us home. It’s time to make a taco pie for dinner. Thanks a bunch for all the hearts, stars, kind comments lately. I am honored to be on the popular page, albeit a ways from the top. Read Max’s blip update and heard about all the bodies they found in Ukraine. Putin must be tried for war crimes. But it sounds like the Ukrainian soldiers are regaining control of more lost areas. God be with them. My heart goes out to the British who had to say a final good-bye to Queen Elizabeth today. May she Rest In Peace. Your love and respect for her has shown brightly in recent blips.
