Tiny Tuesday

A tad chilly start to the morning, the sun popping out from behind the clouds. However after a good nights sleep after all of yesterdays emotions, I had the washing hung out on the line, and went for a yomp.  Considering that there was little walking done over the weekend, I
 completed 3.43 miles in just under 1hr20min.  (8435 steps) and burnt 310kcals. So pleased with myself :-)

And it was while I was on my walk I spotted these seed heads, I'm afraid I can not remember the name of the plant, it has yellow flowers, but I can't remember the leaves, will have a look next time I go past them.  But it is a nod to today's challenge for Tiny Tuesday.
