Holme Island

After such an epic day yesterday, I felt tired and rather down today.  Pottered about this morning and reflected on yesterday's pageantry and professionalism of our armed forces and civilian forces.

A trip into town at lunchtime for an Osteo appointment.  Feel better after that and my mood has lifted considerably.  Quick walk down onto the Prom for a gaze across Morecambe Bay to Holme Island.
