Normandy Day 12

We left Honfleur this morning and followed a picturesque route from a book called “Back Roads France”. It took in some lovely places to drive through or stop. This blip is Chateau de Crevecouer. The chateau was very interesting and dated 11th to 14th century. We deprive through some lovely villages and enjoyed a picnic on the way. This afternoon we arrived in Falaise and are camping being overlooked by The William the Conqueror’s Chateau. The campsite is gorgeous. Only £14 a night including electricity and fantastic loos and showers, also only a walk into Falaise! More in extras today!
