i'm sure i had lots of interesting (well as interesting as i get!) things to say about today...however i am a bit sleepy now and have forgotten them! it was something to do with having turned a bit of a corner with a bit of assistance from the dalai lama...which was significant earlier...and now all i can think about is my pillow and the land of nod...zzzzzzzz
