Pause in the Proceedings 


About six months since the last walking the dog!
Where does the time go?
Lovely autumnal morning with just that nip in the air that tells us the summery days are nearly over for another year.
May be at YorkGate this afternoon, a late plea has gone out for volunteers so l’ve offered my services to do an extra shift.
If not, l’m planning a walk but undecided where to go.
I usually know what l’m doing every day so this is a change for me.
